WELCOME BACK! THE WINTER QUARTER BEGINS WITH A FREE CONCERT ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 7.



  To all UC San Diego students, faculty, staff and alumni: welcome back! UC San Diego's Department of Music will launch its winter 2017 season with a free concert on Saturday, January 7 at 7 p.m. in the Conrad Prebys Concert Hall. Don't miss out!

Pianist Aleck Karis, violinist Erik Carlson and guest cellist Michael Nicolas will launch the winter 2017 season with a performance of works by Charles Wuorinen, Harrison Birtwistle and Ludwig van Beethoven. Following Saturday's winter season premiere, Camera Lucida will return to the Conrad Prebys Concert Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, January 9. Tickets are $37 for reserved seating, $28 for UC San Diego faculty, staff and alumni and free to all students with ID. To reserve tickets, visit the UC San Diego Box Office or call 858-534-8497.
