Simulating Displacement Traveling Waves on a String

One of the first simulations of a plucked string was using the Karplus-Strong algorithm (TBD).
It doesn't explicitly simulate left and right traveling waves on a string (i.e., it is not strictly a waveguide or bi-directional delay line), but does use a single recursive delay line.
