Percussion Synthesis using Loopback FM Oscillators

These are the accompanying sound examples for the 2019 SMC paper titled "Percussion Synthesis using Loopback Frequency Modulation (FM) Oscillators). Examples use the loopback FM formulation unless stated otherwise. Examples in the Modal Synthesis and Loopback FM Modal Synthesis columns were created using the same modal frequencies, amplitude envelopes, and commuted synthesis parameters, but differences can be heard between the two methods because loopback FM produces extra frequency components and pitch glides.
